Action Plan for: Red Bluff Union Elementary School District
Challenge/Problem: Teachers have been trained and certified in effective, research-based instructional practices for English Language Learners and English Development but are not consistently using these strategies in their classrooms.
Title III Standard: The district optimizes all students’ opportunities to access appropriate instruction, including underperforming students with disabilities, and English Learners. All English Learners will have access to the instructional strategies based on scientifically-based research, to improve English language proficiency.
Focus/Objective: Help teachers move to deep, consistent implementation of effective, research-based instructional practices for English Language Learners and English Language Development.
